ACTIVITIES
What activities do you participate in to stay active? 

I’ve trained with an amazing group of people for more than two years. It gives me a sense of pride and inspires me to persevere more and more. I’ve never been so fit or so motivated – I feel great!

IMPACT
How does being active make you feel and why is it important to you? 

Now that I’m active, I’m doing great both physically and mentally. It’s really important for me to train; it’s part of my routine now.

SCHEDULING
How do you implement being active into your busy schedule?

Training is now part of my schedule, and I devote at least 30 minutes a day to it.

BARRIERS
What barriers have you faced or are you currently facing when it comes to being active? 

I can’t say it’s an obstacle, but rather a goal of mine, which is to run half a marathon

MOTIVATION
What motivates you to continue to be active? 

The group I train with have become my friends and sources of inspiration.
