What activities do you participate in to stay active?
Walking on the beach, kitesurfing, road and mountain biking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, downhill and cross-country skiing, and yoga.

Well-being in general, to keep my mind calm, and to make sure I have lots of happy hormones 🙂

Since it’s essential for my health, I make sure to prioritize time to be active.

Work obligations and the occasional boo-boos.

The well-being and happiness it brings me.
ROLE MODEL
Do you have a role model and/or would you consider yourself to be a role model to others?
Many of my friends see me as a person who is active and motivated. It never feels like I’m training because I do it for my well-being, not to train.
We need our body for our whole life, so it’s important to take care of ourselves!
